Kungs

Kungs, born Valentin Brunel, is a French DJ and music producer who first gained global recognition with his 2016 hit This Girl. A young artist from the south of France, Kungs started his career at 17, learning to mix and quickly building his reputation in the electronic music scene. His debut album, LAYERS, cemented his place in the industry, earning him a Victoire de la Musique and international success. Kungs' trajectory was interrupted by the 2020 pandemic, but he turned this setback into an opportunity by launching CLUB AZUR, a live streaming series that would inspire his second album, CLUB AZUR. The album, released in 2022, explores a mix of house music, disco, and electro, reflecting Kungs' mission to create music that transcends eras and genres. In 2023, Kungs collaborated with Purple Disco Machine on Substitution, a disco-infused track, and launched his label Club Azur, celebrating its debut with an epic event at the Palace of Versailles. He continued his success with Shadows, a collaboration with DJ Carlita, and All Night Long with David Guetta in 2024. Kungs' latest release, Please Be Mine, with DJ Seinfeld, reinforces his commitment to crafting music that brings people together, further solidifying Club Azur as a movement for music lovers around the world.
